The upper floor deck and lower floor patio are 12 by 24 feet, partially shaded, equipped with BBQ, outdoor table and furniture.  They provide lots of room for cooking, dining and relaxation.  The upper unit has a small viewing deck off the dining room facing the west toward the La Trinidad Mountains.  The lower unit has a private, detached palapa-covered vista deck and a west facing patio area with seating under a bougainvillea trellis and wild plum shade tree.   Lawn swing and hammock are provided for outdoor relaxing among the trees.

 The upper floor interior features an attractive palapa style ceiling made from palm fronds peaking about 15 feet above the floor.  

The kitchens on both floors are fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee grinder, juicer, toaster, blender and mixer as well as plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. 

Dining can be inside at the breakfast bars and full dining tables or outside on the patio tables.

Furnishings are comfortable, tasteful and well maintained.  Both living areas provide plentiful seating with two sofas and charro chair, several reading lamps and large table for puzzles and games. The large windows offer excellent views of the flower gardens and Sea of Cortez. 

The upper floor has an inside bathroom with tiled shower and vanity area.  The lower floor has an inside bathroom with vanity area and just a step out the door a tiled outdoor shower surrounded with flowers for bathing under the stars.

Sleeping areas on both floors have privacy drapes and queen size bed.  The lower unit also has an additional queen size foldout bed with comfortable mattress.  Additional sleeping cots are available on request. 

By the way, our home has excellent drinking water.  It comes from a deep well and is pure and clean.  Maybe more so than what we all have at home.
